PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient physiological effects with strong adsorptivity of water and a small amount of ingestion by containing water-soluble polysaccharides extracted from Auricularia polytricha (Mont.) Sacc. as a principal ingredient. CONSTITUTION:A water-soluble dietary fiber, consisting of water-soluble polysaccharides and obtained by extracting dried Auricularia polytricha (Mont.) Sacc. belonging to the order Auriculariales of the family Auriculariaceae with hot water, as necessary, under acidic or alkaline conditions, concentrating the resultant extract and spray-drying or freeze-drying the concentrate. |
