PURPOSE: To improve the operation performance of a transformer by winding one of two winding wires reverse to the other wire winding and at least some windings of the one wire are formed round a separate core from the other winding core. CONSTITUTION: Prim. and sec. windings 14, 15 are formed round a core. The prim. winding 14 is connected to a d-c charging circuit 16. The sec. winding is composed of two wires 17, 18 mutually neighbored and wound mutually reverse. At least some of the one wire windings are separate from the others to thereby generate a magnetic field in the core material, without causing the surface effect by the two-wire windings. The generated magnetic fields have the same intensity but mutually reverse directions, resulting in a perfect mutual cancellation. This improves the operation performance of a transformer. |
