PURPOSE:To decrease the min. density without lowering the max. density by incorporating a specific compd. into a layer provided on a base. CONSTITUTION:The compd. expressed by the formula I is incorporated into the layer provided on the base. In the formula I, PWR denotes a group which releases (Time)tAF by being reduced; Time denotes a group which releases AF via the reaction which takes place after (Time)tAF is released from PWR; t denotes 0 or 1 integer; AF denotes a group which functions as a development restainer after released. The compd. expressed by the formula I is incorporated preferably at >=1X10<-4>mol/m<2> into the layer in this case. The max. density is sufficiently lowered without degrading the max. density. |
