INORGANIC FILLER-CONTAINING POLYOLEFIN COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To obtain the title polyolefin composition having excellent thermal oxidation stability and light stability by blending a polyolefin with a phenolic antioxidant and a specific compound. CONSTITUTION:(A) A composition comprising 100 pts.wt. polyolefin and 1-100 pts.wt. inorganic filler is blended with (B) 0.01-1.0 pt.wt. phenolic antioxidant shown by formula I (R1 is 1-3C alkyl) and (C) 0.01-1.0 pt.wt. at least one of compounds shown by the formula R2-CO-NH-(CH2)n-NH-CO-R2 (R2 is 5-21C alkyl or alkenyl; n is 1-6), the formula R3-CONH2 (R3 is 5-21C alkyl or alkenyl) and formula Il and/or formula III [R4 is 8-18C alkyl, alkenyl or acyl (R'-CO); m+n=2-10; R'] may be unsaturated; R5 is 7-17C alkyl or alkenyl) to give the aimed polyolefin composition.
