PURPOSE:To contrive to improve saturated absorption and liquid-holding capacity by a method in which water-absorbable resin particles exist substantially inside of the voids of porous resin, and the water-absorbable resin particles absorb glycerin aqueous solution, whereby the resin particles in the voids of porous resin swell sufficiently. CONSTITUTION:2,000pts.wt. of the water in foaming agent is added to 100pts.wt. of water-absorbable powder resin, whereby the water-absorbable resin swells, and next, 800pts.wt. of one-pack reactive urethane resin is added to said materials and mixed therewith, and then, they are foamed and solidified with crosslinking by heating them at 100 deg.C. The formed object is heated and dried at 130 deg.C for 2 hours. The formed object having been foamed is dipped in the glycerin aqueous solution with 78% of glycerin concentration, whereby glycerin aqueous solution is absorbed in said object. As porous matrix resin, thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin and elastomer, etc. are used, and there is no special limitation. As water-absorbable resin, starck group, polyacrylic acid group and polyvinyl alcohol group, etc. are preferable. The concentration of glycerin aqueous solution is 20-80wt.%. |
