发明名称 TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform temperature measurment at a high voltage or in an atmosphere wherein electromagnetic induction obstacle is large by combining two light sources and a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:The lights from the light sources 9a and 9b having the different central wavelengthes of spectral distributions are switched by a switch 8 and sent out through optical fibers 4a and 4b. The lights are separated. One is supplied to a light detector 11d, and the other is supplied to a light detector 11c through the temperature sensor 12. The temperature sensor 12 comprises a filter 12a having low permittivity and a mirror 12b which reflects the passing light. The filter 12a transmits one of the lights from the two light sorces, and has a transmitting limit wavelength in the spectral distribution region of the other light. Said transmitting limit wavelength is varied by temperature. The output of each light detector is computed by an operating circuit 13, and the temperature is measured. An optical fiber is used in each light path. In this way, the temperature can be measured at the high voltage and in the atmosphere wherein the electromagnetic induction obstacle is large.
