PURPOSE:To maintain a pitch accuracy of a terminal and to improve efficiency of an automatic inspection device so as to make it a welding jig high in reliability by fixing the terminal with a female block having a pitch the same as the terminal of a product B and a male block having a projection to be fit in this groove. CONSTITUTION:A welding jig is composed of two female blocks 4 which have a plurality of grooves each of which is the same pitch as the terminals 2 at both ends of a product B3, two male blocks 5 which have a plurality of projections to be engaged with the grooves, hexagon socket head cap screws in two pairs which tighten both blocks 4 and 5 at right and left both ends, and a placing table 7 which mounts the tightened product B3. The terminal 2 of the product B3 are inserted into the grooves of the female block 4 with the same pitches, and those are pressed with the projections of the male block 5 from above, and those are tightened with hexagon socket head cap screws 6. |
