PURPOSE:To simply coat rare earth powder with a binder by wet-pulverizing the powder in isopropanol to form a slurry, adding a soln. of the binder in isopropanol to the slurry, mixing them and drying this mixture. CONSTITUTION:Rare earth powder is wet-pulverized in isopropanol to form a slurry. A soln. of an org. binder in isopropanol is added to the slurry and mixed. This mixture is dried to obtain binder coated rare earth powder for a magnet. |
