PURPOSE:To display advertizing public information in a remote place by displaying a preliminarily generated picture on an advertizing public information communication display device through an electric communication line. CONSTITUTION:A coin is thrown or a card is inserted to an input controller 7 provided with an input device operating switch, and a floppy disk 29 on which the signal of a still picture is preliminarily stored is inserted and set to a floppy disk drive device 3 of an input device 5 on a supporting base 8, and a keyboard 4 is operated, and then, the still picture of advertizing public information is electronically displayed on an electronic picture display device 2 at the appointed time for a designated time. When the keyboard 4 is operated after a transmission destination call key and an already inputted condition retrieval key on the keyboard 4 are operated, the still picture of advertizing public information is displayed on the electronic picture display device 2 of an advertizing public information communication display device installed in a remote place. |
