PURPOSE:To omit work at the time of substrate exchange by providing a check- out terminal to output respective identification levels in respective substrates and automatically transmitting maintenance data in the case of the same substrate in master and slave units. CONSTITUTION:Substrates 1 and 4 are defined as master substrates and a substrate 2 is defined as a slave substrate. A connector terminal 11 of the master substrate 1 is connected to a connector terminal 21 of the slave substrate 2 by a communication line 3 normally. Now, when the master substrate 1 is exchanged, a new same type connector terminal 41 of the substrate 4 is connected to the connector terminal 11 of the master substrate 1. The master substrate 1 confirms by a self-identification level 45 that an opponent side is the new master substrate. Then, the maintenance data are transmitted to the new master substrate 4. When the opponent side is the slave substrate, a self- identification level 25 is outputted and in such a case, normal master slave operation is executed. |
