<p>PURPOSE:To improve safety to an unjust use by using both of a contact input/ output means and a non-contact input/output means, and transmitting and receiving data with an external device. CONSTITUTION:A checking means 15 of an IC card 10 compares and checks the data of terminal IDs inputted from a contact input/output part 12 and a non-contact input/output part 14, confirms whether they are the same or not and outputs the result to a control part 16. When the terminal IDs are not the same, the control part 16 judges that the contents or transfer of the terminal ID are improper, and stops the transfer of a signal with terminal equipment 20. When the fact that the terminal IDs are the same is judged, the terminal ID from the terminal equipment 20 is judged to be proper, and at the time of a usable terminal, response data are sent from the contact input/output part 12 and non-contact input/output part 14 to a contact input/output part 22 and a non-contact input/output part 24 of the terminal equipment 20 as response sentences 1 and 2, respectively. In the same way, a checking part 25 of the terminal equipment 20 checks the data of the response sentences inputted from the contact input/output part 22 and non-contact input/output part 24 and outputs the result to a control part 26.</p> |
