PURPOSE:To perform rotation control of an object to control with high precision by finding the interpolative data between pulses in a speed variation region per set rotating speed and by interpolating feedback pulses with this data. CONSTITUTION:Interpolative data between pulses in the speed variation region per set rotating speed are stored in a simulator 3. When a set rotating speed is designated, corresponding interpolative data is prepared. A feedback signal FB sent from a pulse generator 2 of an object to control 1 is then interpolated with the interpolative data and outputted into a rotation control section 4. In this way, the rotation can be controlled with high precision even if the pulse intervals are long in the speed variation region. |
