<p>PURPOSE:To start mechanical loading smoothly and to make various operating conditions accessible in a proper mode by adjusting a pressure adjustment valve according to a torque characteristic that is formed by a torque setting means based on an operating characteristic and overload capacity. CONSTITUTION:A pressure adjustment valve 15 is formed at a fluid pressure circuit 13 connected to a torque coupling 7. The pressure adjustment valve 15 is adjusted according to a torque characteristic formed by a torque setting apparatus 20 based on an operating characteristic and overload capacity. Since a torque of the torque coupling 7 is controlled so that the performance of a mechanical load is brought out sufficiently, the starting of a mechanical loading can be executed far smoother than what has been, and it is possible to cope with various operating conditions properly.</p> |
