<p>PURPOSE:To achieve excellent water-proof effect by employing unbridged resin for molding the joint of a wire where the gelation rate of coating material is limited in the range of 0-40% and a part to be jointed under a temperature higher than the extraction temperature of the coated wire then promoting bridging of the coated wire, and the entire molded section. CONSTITUTION:An insulation wire where an insulation layer 4 is applied on a conductor 5 is coated with bridged plastic such as polyethylene or PVC thus producing a coated wire 1. Then the insulation layer 4 and the coating material are removed from the end of the coated wire 1 to expose the conductor 5, and a part 3 is connected to the conductor section. Thereafter, the joint is molded with bridged plastic of same material with the gelation rate of the coating material being limited to 0-40%, preferably 5-25%. Molding is carried out under a temperature higher than the extraction temperature of the coating material in order to fuse the surface of the coating material and integrate the wire. Thereafter, bridging is promoted in the mold section 2 and the entire coating material.</p> |
