PURPOSE:To obtain a herbicidal composition having synergistically increased effect, effective at a low rate of application and exhibiting expanded herbicidal spectrum by combining a specific compound having herbicidal activity with isoproturon or chlortoluron. CONSTITUTION:The objective herbicide composition contains (A) 2-[7-fluoro-3,4- dihydro-3-oxo-4-(2-propyl)-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-6-yl]-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H- isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione of formula I and (B) isoproturon of formula II [3-(4- isopropylphenyl)-1,1-dimethylurea] or chlortoluron of formula III [3-(3-chloro-4- methylphenyl)-1,1-dimethylurea] as active components. The composition enables simultaneous control of hardly controllable weeds such as cleavers, while-bird's- eye and Byzantine-speedwell. |
