发明名称 ELECTRICALLY INSULATING POLYMER MATRIX HAVING CONDUCTION PATH GENERATED IN FIELD
摘要 PURPOSE: To easily and directly generate a conductive path in a mechanical supporting frame by using an electrically insulating polymer matrix filled by electrically insulating filler which can be heat-converted into conductive fiber filler by an electric element. CONSTITUTION: An electric element includes at least one continuous conductive path generated by a heat-conversion at the job site of electrically insulating fiber filler and uses an electrically insulating polymer matrix filled by electrically insulating filler which is heat-converted into conductive fiber filler. The electrically insulating polymer matrix is manufactured from arbitrary electrically insulating host polymer. The polymer is selected among thermoplastic or thermosetting polymer of wide range and the structural forms of these polymers, for instance. The filling degree by polymer matrix fibers is determined for about 5 to 70weight% of all the filling polymer matrixes. A conductive path or the pattern of the conductive path is attained by moving laser beam to parts for which the path and pattern are to be generated.
