PURPOSE:To prevent a pulsating state from appearing in an output signal even with an increased response speed by forming a signal processing section with two shaping circuits. CONSTITUTION:A waveform shaping circuit 11 receiving a pulse frequency signal 2 is provided in the signal converter in addition to a waveform shaping circuit 3 and a signal output section 14 receiving a signal 12 outputted from the circuit 11 and a pulsating waveform voltage signal 6 and outputting a sample signal 13 is provided. Thus, when a pulse frequency of a pulse frequency signal is sufficiently higher than a cut-off frequency of a low pass filter being a component of a waveform smoothing section, a charging curve 9 of the pulsating waveform signal 6 is regarded to be nearly a straight and then the sample signal becomes a signal in response to the mean value of the pulsating waveform signal at all times. Thus, no pulsating state appears in the sample signal even at a fast response speed. |
