PURPOSE:To make a voter possible to get cash quickly in a refund window when he hits, by issuing a ticket for an intraground telephone vote when it hits. CONSTITUTION:When a voter votes by an intraground telephone vote system 5, balance- an amount of sale=new balance is set in a telephone vote center system 1. If a ticket issue indicating signal from a ticket issue/non-issue indicating key of a terminal has come, a ticket issue flag is turned on. After a race is terminated, the opening processing of an account file is performed in the system 1 on a basis of the incoming of race results to discriminate whether the vote of the voter hits or not. If it hits, the ticket issue flag is checked; and if the ticket issue flag is turned on, balance information is not changed because thickets are already issued. By this system, the voter gets the vote ticket in the ground. |
