<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform laying work for such as a telephone line safely and efficiently by providing a hatchway on floor portion of a vehicle with an enclosed body, arranging a crane on a ceiling portion above the hatchway, and positioning the hatch-way above a manhole. CONSTITUTION:A hatchway 1 is provided at the center part in the floor of a vehicle with an enclosed body, an overhead crane 5 is attached to a beam 6 on the ceiling for the position provided with the hatchway 1, and a reinforcing hydraulic jack 3 and a bellows-like hood 4 are equipped on underfloor portion. The vehicle is positioned so as the position the hatchway 1 above a manhole 31 in which laying a telephone line and the like is performed, a cover 32 is taken away on utilizing the crane 5, working environment is made well with a blower 22, the hood 4 is brought down, operators go into the manhole 31, and perform prescribed work. Laying work for such as a telephone line can be performed safely and efficiently.</p> |
