摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten a filling distance to fill a metal mold cavity internal part with a resin material and to minimize the generation of a weld mark at the confluent place of the resin material by arranging eight pin point gates to execute the filling with the resin at the time of a molding insertion. CONSTITUTION:A metal 2 to be attracted having a hole 1 for adjusting a core in a center has a frange 3 having an inclination formed by drawing in an outer peripheral part, the frange 3 creeps into a ring resin material 4 deeply, simultaneously it has an inclination angle, thereby, the metal 2 to be attracted is made hard to pull out from the ring resin material 4, and it is surely buried in the resin. At the time of the molding insertion, pin point gates 5 are arranged on the approximately 1/2 periphery of the outer diameter of a magnet hub in eight, the resin is guided from the pin point gates 5 by a runner 6, the ring resin material 4 is formed, and consequently, a hollow part 7 in a magnet hub structure not to be filled with the resin is generated. Thus, the temperature lowering of the resin material in the metal mold cavity is not generated, and the generation of the weld mark at the confluent place of the resin material is eliminated.
