Device for locking a folding surgical instrument holder frame. The invention relates to a device making it possible to lock a folding surgical instrument holder frame. It consists of a rear support bar with an L-shaped slot 2 into which the central hinge pin is inserted. The latter operates in an oblong hole which makes it possible to insert a splined stud into the slanting-L slot by translational movement of the upper front bar with respect to the lower front bar. <IMAGE>
