PURPOSE:To increase the generating amount of cold heart in a turbine efficiently by a method wherein a turbine compressor is employed and the outlet port of the turbine is connected to the suction port of a compressor by a conduit through a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:Fractionated and separated nitrogen gas is taken out of the upper part of a fractionating tower 3 and heat exchange between the heat thereof and the heat of material air is effected in a heat exchanger 2, then, the nitrogen is sent out to the outside of a system. On the other hand, waste liquor is gasified in a nitrogen condenser 4 through heat exchange and is guided to the heat exchanger 2 through a pipe 11 to recover the temperature thereof to a predetermined temperature, then, enters into an expansion turbine 5 through the pipe 12. Waste gas, whose temperature is reduced through adiabatic expansion in the turbine 5, passes through the pipe 13, effects heat exchange in the heat exchanger 2, recovers the temperature thereof to a normal temperature and is sucked through the inlet port at the compressor side of the turbine 5, which is connected to the pipe 14 under the condition of an atmospheric pressure substantially. Accordingly, the outlet pressure of the turbine 5 may be reduced to increase an expansion ratio in the turbine 5 whereby the generating amount of cold heat in the turbine 5 may be increased. |
