PURPOSE:To optionally perform the processing to the records stored in a file by always keeping the records arranged in the file in order of record key words. CONSTITUTION:A file memory 16 stores the record groups containing the record key words and the data words for each file and in order of record key words. An input device 11 inputs the record including the process types, the file key words, the record key words, the data and the dividing keys. An input record processor 12 stores the records into a record memory 13 for each record dividing key received from the device 11. A file processor 15 reads the record of the corresponding file out of the memory 16 based on the file key word and the record key word of the record stored in the memory 13. Then the processor 15 performs the processing based on the input process type. |
