A wheel hub for motor vehicle wheels comprises an inner hub supported on the wheel axle and a drum hub arranged thereupon with coaxially arranged holes for the fixing of a disc wheel, the drum hub, by way of two conical ring surfaces, which are arranged at an axial interval from one another on the inside of the drum hub, being axially clamped to the inner hub by way of a clamping element which can be screwed onto the latter. In order to permit correct clamping with compensation for any existing tolerances, the conical ring surfaces are designed with taper angle inclined in the opposite direction and one of the corresponding clamping surfaces is arranged on the clamping element.
