The invention relates to an adjustable hose clamp lock, particularly for infusion or transfusion sets, consisting of a hose guide element accommodating a part of the hose and a clamping element which is mounted therein so as to be displaceable to adjust the flow through the hose. The hose guide element (4) has an opening (7) extending over its entire length for the insertion of a hose section (3), this opening being bounded at the side by a U-shaped groove. One limb of the U-shaped groove is integrated with a guide part (6) of the clamping element (8), the clamping element passing through this limb over part of its length and exerting a clamping action on the hose (3), which rests in the groove during use. <IMAGE>
