摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To easily achieve a high tilt angle and to obtain a liquid crystal display element with a high reliability by making an orientated film into the two-layer structure of an inorganic substance film with an oblique deposition and an organic substance film. CONSTITUTION:Orientated films 5 and 6 are formed on electrodes 3 and 4 on transparent substances 1 and 2, and the title angle and twist angle of a liquid crystal molecule 91 of a liquid crystal layer 7 is normalized. The orientated films 5 and 6 are composed by forming inorganic substance films 51 and 61 on the transparent substrates 1 and 2 and further, forming organic substance films 52 and 62 on the inorganic substance films 51 and 61. The inorganic substance films 51 and 61 of the orientated films 5 and 6 are formed in a prescribed direction with the oblique deposition. Thus, the tilt angle can be made large, and simultaneously, the liquid crystal display element excellent in a high temperature and humidity reliability can be obtained.</p>
