A transport device, in particular for transporting goods in factories and on loading and transshipment stations, comprises a plurality of articulated waggons (1) which can be coupled. The aim of the invention is to design coupling devices which allow sharp bends to be negotiated and the individual coupled articulated waggons (1) to be contiguous when disposed in a straight line. This aim is achieved by providing between each pair of facing ends of the articulated waggons a rigid coupling frame (204, 205) having four coupling ends arranged at the corners of a rectangle, with which are associated coupling points, arranged near the longitudinal sides of the adjacent articulated waggons (1), to which points the coupling ends can be attached. At least one of the two coupling ends facing each end of an articulated waggon is attached to the corresponding coupling position and the coupling frame (204, 205) can be pivoted about the attached coupling end in the plane of the coupling frame (204, 205). |
