PURPOSE:To remove lead powder with certainty and efficiency by dropping it across certain distance while the opening end of a tube is directed downward after the opening end is fixed by a spacer, a spacing between a core metal and the tube is filled with the lead powder, and vibration is applied to the spacer. CONSTITUTION:Plural clad type electrode plates 4 are set in a filling box 16 at a supply station, the opening end 17 of a tube 2 being fixed by a spacer 15 to fill a spacing between a core metal and the tube 2 with lead powder. Vibration is applied to the opening end 17 of the tube 2 at a loosening station to loosen the lead powder filled in the opening end 17. Then, the filling box 16 is removed, delivered to a station thereof, and is dropped while the opening end 17 of the tube 2 is directed downward for removing the lead powder 18 filled in the opening end 17 of the tube 2. Accordingly the lead powder can be uniformly loosened for each tube, and the lead powder of little dispersion among the tubes can be obtained. |
