PURPOSE:To weld a recessed pattern to a vessel without any deformation by performing an injection mold in moving the laminate film formed with a recessed pattern intermittently between the mold recessed part of a stationary mold and the mold protruded part of a movable mold, and each time of the positioning of the recessed pattern between the mold recessed part of the stationary mold and the mold protruded part of the movable mold, the movable mold is moved to the stationary mold. CONSTITUTION:A laminate film F having a recessed pattern part F-1 suited to the inner part configration of a vessel D to be injection-molded at a certain distance is forwarded from a winding reel 30, and then descended, by driving a drive motor 12, and brought into between a stationary mold 4 and a movable mold 5 intermittently. And, when the recessed pattern part F-1 has come to the position for adjusting the mold recessed part 4a of the stationary mold 4 and the mold protruded part 5a of the movable mold 5, the driving of the drive motor 12 is stopped automatically by the use of mark detecting sensor S or the like, and the recessed pattern part F-1 is held at the same adjusted position accurately. Next, the movable mold 5 is moved towards the stationary mold 4, and a mold cavity is formed between both molds 4, 5, and besides the vessel D is injection-molded, while the recessed pattern part F-1 is being fusion-bonded therewith integrally. |
