发明名称 LOGIC AMPLITUDE CONVERTING CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To convert an output voltage into a high speed and large logic amplitude by making the differential of an input current by current mirrors circuit and making flow the current to the emitter of a base ground circuit. CONSTITUTION:A first input terminal is connected to the current input terminal of current mirror circuits 12 and 13 through a first resistance 10 and a second input terminal is connected to the current output terminal of the current mirror circuits 12 and 13 through a second resistance 11. Consequently, a differential output of a preceding stage is converted from a voltage into a current by the first and second resistances 10 and 11 and the current flowing in the first resistance 10 is folded and flows in the second resistance 11. The differential of the currents flowing in the first and second resistances 10 and 11 flows in the emitter of a base ground circuit 14. Thus, an output voltage appears in a load resistance 17 connected to its collector and a high speed logic amplitude conversion is attained.
