PURPOSE:To reduce the direct contact of a colored resin with a perspective resin mutually having the uncompatibility and prevent the separation by burying a decorative member in a surface part of a molding main frame which consists of a colored resin and while forming a perspective resin layer on its surface. CONSTITUTION:In a synthetic resinous molding, a decorative member 4 (for example, a brilliant metallic foil such as stainless, aluminum, or the like) is buried in the surface side of a mold main frame 1 formed in a prescribed shape by extrusion molding of a colored resin 2. A transparent or semi-transparent perspective resin layer 5 uncompatible with the colored resin 2 is further formed on its surface. The decorative member 4 is interposed extending over the about whole surface of the boundary surface between the colored resin 2 and the perspective resin mutually having incompatibility so that the strong adherence is aimed.
