PURPOSE:To make a position of an edge of a drill sinusoidal, with gradual augmentation in notching by moving a cylindrical cam that is rotated at a center line slanted to an axial core line, forward and backward, and by having a cam follower of a drill unit contacted with the cylindrical cam, movable in a perpendicular direction to the moving direction. CONSTITUTION:A slide table 3 is movably attached to a base board 14 with a feed screw 5, and a cylindrical cam 1 is pivotally attached to the slide table 3. Between a rotational center line P and an axial core line O, there slanted at an angle theta, and the axial core line O corresponds with the moving direction of the table 3. On the base board 14, a sliding board 10 is made movable in a perpendicular direction to the moving direction of the table 3, and a drill unit 15 is attached thereto. A cam follower 6 is pressed to the cylindrical cam 1 and is attached to the sliding board 10 with a connecting rod 7, as well. In this way, for a drill 12 of the drill unit 15, temporal change in position becomes sinusoidal and there is no stopping time due to the rotation and movement of the cylindrical cam 1, and effectiveness is thus improved. |
