PURPOSE: To mix a preferable amount of air into extracted coffee, by mixing extraction warm water with air kept in a heating element. CONSTITUTION: Water from a pump enters a horizontal body 17 through an opening 2 and flows into a water circulating channel 3. The water flows to be circulated in a water circulating channel and an air holding pocket 4-14 in order. Then, a coil 15 continues to an exit opening 16, and further connects to an extracting system. A plug 19 is an electric terminal to a resistor for heating water. During water passes through the system, air in these pockets is dissolved into the water. In response to water flowing volume, electric power of a heating element and total weight of a device, a cup of coffee is extracted and air in the whole process is dissolved in water. At the peripheral part, as path water flowing is in a wave shape, water forms turbulent flow and air is well mixed into water. |
