PURPOSE:To decrease the input operating frequency for a facility controller by automatically producing the operating commands of the necessary facility equipments via a control deciding means of an integrated controller. CONSTITUTION:An integrated controller 1 reads the operation start time out of an operation schedule memory 11 and sends a command to a controller 4 of an air conditioner 3 via a facility equipment control command transmitter 13. The magnetic cards are put into a time card device 6 at entering/leaving an air conditioning room 2. Thus a person presence control means 8 decides the number of persons present in the room 2 based on the registered number and sends the result of decision to the controller 1 via a person presence control signal output means 9. This received result is supplied to a control deciding means 12 via a person presence control signal input means 10. When a person presence signal is received at a stop time point, the means 12 gives a command to the controller 4 via the transmitter 13 to perform the operation. As a result, the input operating frequency is extremely decreased for a facility controller. |
