PURPOSE:To facilitate automation by molding, coils integrally out of resin then applying a copper layer on the resin and etching a wiring pattern therein. CONSTITUTION:The stator of a motor is provided with a coil formed by winding a copper wire 2 coated with an insulating layer 3. The coils 1 are arranged annularly around the axis of a metal die, then resin 4 is injected to form the coils 1 integrally around a hole 5 and an outer terminal 6 is fixed to some of them. Furthermore, the insulating layer 3 is stripped at the innermost and outermost lead terminal lead-out sections 7 of the coil 1, then copper is deposited through chemical galvanization onto the coils 1 and the resin 4 and a conductive film 8 is also formed. A copper layer 9 is formed through electrical galvanization on the conductive film 8 then unnecessary sections are removed through etching and bonding is made between the coils 1 and between the coils 1 and the outer terminals 6. |
