In the case of a blade connection which does not flap and has no pivoting joints to the rotor hub (1) of a rotary wing aircraft by means of one torsionally elastic connecting element (strip 4) which can be loaded in tension per rotor blade (2) between the blade root and (at least) one central body (7) which is arranged in the rotor hub (1) coaxially with respect to the rotor rotation axis, for fixing all the blade connecting elements, the central body (7) is supported directly against the rotor hub (1), via an integrally formed axial attachment (7.1), in the direction in which the blade centrifugal force acts. <IMAGE>
