PURPOSE:To improve stick resistance, surface glossiness, strength, water resistance by composing an overcoating layer of a coating agent containing specific aqueous resin dispersion solution, filler, and crosslinking agent as indispensable components. CONSTITUTION:Specific aqueous resin dispersion solution is made of reactive surfactant made of polymer in which groups of -T-, -U-, -V- and -W- are arranged and bonded in an arbitrary sequence of l-499 pieces of -T-, -U- (where the total sum of -T-, -U- is 1-500 pieces) 0 or 1-100 pieces of -V-, 0 or 1-250 pieces of -W-, -SR1 is bonded to one end of the array, and -H is bonded to the other end as emulsion, and polymerizable monomer having organic silicon monomer including hydrolytically decomposable group directly bonded to silicon atom and functional group to be reacted with silicon contained as indispensable components in polymerizable monomer mixture, which is emulsified and polymerized in aqueous medium to obtain dispersed resin, and polyvinyl alcohol. |
