PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency and worked quality of welding to a package IC attaching four directional leads by arranging four lamp units setting sufficient gap between edge of a reflection mirror and a printed board as square shape and sending air for cooling in the apparatus at the time of working. CONSTITUTION:The lamp units 2, 201, 202, 203 having the same construction are set on the same plane to the printed board 25. A heat source lamp 7 is set to recessed part 5 of the reflection mirror 3, 3 in the lamp unit and the air for cooling is sent in the mirror 3, 3 and inner part of the apparatus. The projected lead 11 in the package IC 10 is positioned on the printed board 25 and focus of heat beam from each heat source lamp 7 is matched to the working position and the workings to the four sides are executed at the same time. As the gap of opening edge in the reflection mirror 3 is set to wide and the cooling air is sent in the apparatus, the welding efficiency is improved and as the impurity is removing with the cooling air, the weld quality is improved, too. |
