PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a polyurethane molded item having excellent moldability, physical properties and electrostatic coating characteristics by using a low-molecular active hydrogen compd. contg. diaminotoluene and a low-molecular polyol at a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:A polyurethane having a bulk density of 0.3g/cm<3> or larger is obtd. by reacting an org. polyisocyanate (A) (NCO equivalent: 130-200), a high-molecular polyol (B) (a polyester polyol contg. a polyoxyethylene chain contg. 2-4 OH groups and a hydroxyl equivalent of 750 or larger) and a mixture (C) of a low-molecular active hydrogen compd. (diaminotoluene) with a low- molecular polyol (hydroxyl equivalent: 30-100), wherein the equivalent ratios of the components are C/B=8-12, diaminotoluene/B=0.15-1.0 and low-molecular polyol/B=8-12, in the presence of a catalyst and, if necessary, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and other auxiliaries by reaction injection molding. |
