A road surface structure for isolating the traffic vibration of a building abutting on a road is provided to minimize the influence on a structure by dispersing the vehicular load to the wide part of a building. The road surface structure for isolating the traffic vibration of a building abutting on a road comprises a concrete slab(1) with reinforcing bars to bear the weight of vehicles and to function as an inertia mass for isolating vibration, a floor elastic mat(2) functioning as a spring and a damper and made of polyurethane foam having the density of 150~400 kilograms per cubic meter and the thickness of 50 millimeters, and a side separating mat(3) preventing the lateral transfer of the vibration of a road surface to the surrounding and made of polyurethane foam having the thickness of 10~25 millimeters.
