NEW MATERIAL:A pyridylthiazolidinecarboxylic acid amide derivative shown by formula I (A<1> is single bond, carbonyl or lower alkylene which may contain carbonyl; R<1> is hetero ring group which may be replaced with lower alkyl) or a salt thereof. EXAMPLE:1-[2-(3-Pyridyl)thiazolidin-4-ylcarbonyl]-4-(2-pyrimidinyl)pip erazine. USE:Having antagonism on platelet-activating factor and vasodilating action and useful as a drug such as antiasthmatic agent, anti-inflammatory drug, antiulcer, emollient of shock symptoms, a remedy for ischemic heart diseases, liver diseases, thrombosis and nephritis, rejection suppressant in organ transplantation, etc. PREPARATION:For example, as shown by the reaction formula, a compound shown by formula II is reacted with a compound shown by formula III to give a compound shown by formula I. |
