PURPOSE:To prevent the oxidation of a thin recording film by providing protective layers consisting of ZnS to at least one surface side of the recording layer and mixed layers formed by mixing the components of these two layers between said protective layers and the recording layer. CONSTITUTION:The protective layers 2, 2a and the mixed layers 3, 3a are provided between acrylic resin substrates 1, 1a and the thin recording film 4 consisting of Te-Sn-ZnS. The protective films 2, 2a prevent the oxidation of the thin recording film 4; in addition, the ZnS contained in the thin recording film is used as the component of the protective layers in order to have the coefft. of thermal expansion approximate to the coefft. of thermal expansion of the thin recording film 4 and to prevent the generation of strains by heating up at the time of irradiation of laser light. Further, the mixed layers 3, 3a are provided between the protective layers 2, 2a and the thin recording film 4 in order to prevent the exfoliation, etc., of the protective layers 2, 2a. The components of the mixed layers are the combined components (Te, Sn, ZnS) of the components of the protective layers and the components of the thin recording film. The conversion of the thin recording film to the transparent film by oxidation is prevented in this way. |
