PURPOSE:To obtain an easily eatable, seamless cylindrical bread composed solely of soft crumb part, having good palatability and containing stuffed ingredient by charging a proper amount of bread dough into the space of a double walled forming cylinder straightly erected on a double supporting frame of a table plate and baking the dough. CONSTITUTION:A number of supporting frames 5 each composed of a large-sized outer frame 6 and a concentrically placed small-sized inner frame 7 are placed on a table plate 4 such as an iron plate. A forming cylinder 9 made of a metal such as stainless steel is inserted into the inner frame 7 and another forming cylinder 8 is inserted into the outer frame 6. A prescribed amount of bread dough is charged between the forming cylinders 8 and 9, closed with a lid and baked in a oven. The baked bread is pulled out of the cylinders 8, 9 after removing the cylinders from the supporting frame 5. The baking period is set shorter than the period to form crust of the bread. When crust is formed, a cylindrical edge having an edge 12 over the whole circumference of the lower end is thrust into the forming cylinder from above to cut the crust. |
