<p>PURPOSE:To easily execute maintenance for each unit by independently controlling cooling for each unit. CONSTITUTION:System constitution to be observed from a refrigerant supplying system is composed of a refrigerant supplying device 1 and first and second units 12 and 17. This refrigerant supplying device 1 has a refrigerant circulation pump 2 and a heat exchanger 4 in an internal part and the cooling is executed with a freon cycle, to which a compressor 5 is interposed. A flowmeter 37 is interposed on the way of a refrigerant pipeline 3. Further, the first unit 12 has a liquid cooling module 13 and automatic control valves 15 and 16, for example, as the refrigerant supplying system and equips a first unit power source 14. The second unit 17 is also constituted samely. Thus, when a power source input commanding signal is sent, first and second power source units 14 and 19 are activated through a unit monitoring part and the respective units 12 and 17 start operation. Then, automatic control valves 15, 16, 20 and 21 in the respective units are operated, and the respective units are separately operated.</p> |
