PURPOSE:To simplify construction and to make the entire part of a rolling mill compact by loading spacers between rolls and roll shafts supporting the rolls and adjusting the screw-down position of the rolls. CONSTITUTION:The titled roll head 1 is loaded freely attachably and detachably with the spacers 5 between >=3 pieces of the circular conical rolls 4 disposed at an equal angle around a blank material A to be rolled and the roll shafts holding said rolls and is made integrally fixable by means of tension bars 6.
