<p>PURPOSE: To make unneedful returning a sensor means to a nonimproper handling state after a device is attached to a monitored person by setting an instruction means in a nonimproper handling state before the sensor means is attached to the monitored person. CONSTITUTION: A tag is composed of an object 30 and a rope 32 to attach the device to the monitored person's body. A cutting detecting circuit 60 is mounted in this object 30. If a battery is installed in the circuit 60, the Q output terminal of an FF 66 is set to low or 0. At a position where a terminal 62 is connected to a positive voltage source like a terminal 64, a moment inrush current to a capacitor 77 exists. This instantly rises the potential of a node 74 equal to or higher than the threshold value of the FF 66. Thus, the Q output terminal of the FF 66 is changed from 0 into 1. If the capacitor 77 is completely charged, the Q output terminal is permanently kept to be latched in 1. Thus, if the rope 32 is tried to be cut out after the object is attached to the monitored person by the rope 32, abbreviation in conductors 84 and 94 is occurred, and the Q output of the FF 60 is set to 1.</p> |
