PURPOSE:To increase a remedying effect by causing a blood flow promoting work with a ring magnetic substance and a moxibustion work with a semiconductor laser to work. CONSTITUTION:A supporting body 5 is formed in a wave shape while the central part at the surface side is somewhat recessed, and a ring magnetic substance 1 is fixed in the recessed part of the surface center. In the central part of the magnetic substance 1, a semiconductor laser 2 is arranged. To a diseased part, a magnetic flux from the magnetic substance 1 and a laser light from the semiconductor laser 2 are impressed, and the blood flow promoting work with the magnetic flux and the moxibustion work with the laser light are made to compoundly work. |
