PURPOSE:To get rid of the difference in heating temp. between the surface and the inside of a molding rubber material, to make it possible to vulcanize and mold it uniformly and to attempt to shorten the vulcanization time by heating the molding rubber material filled in a cavity from its surface by means of heat transfer heating and heating the inside thereof by means of a microwave heating. CONSTITUTION:After insert members 8 and 9 are put in a cavity 4, a mold is closed. A molding rubber material 5 is placed in a pot 6 of a top force 1 and a plunger 40 positioned above the top force 1 having a built-in heater is moved downward. Along with lowering of the plunger 40, the rubber material 5 in the pot 6 is filled in the cavity 4 through sprues 7 and 10 and a runner 11. After filling is completed, this filled unvulcanized rubber material 5 is heated by means of heat transfer with heat from the plunger 40 from the top through the metal top force 1 and by means of heat transfer with heat from a hot plate through a bottom force 2. Furthermore, a microwave is generated from a microwave generator 41 on the side of a middle force 3. This microwave transmits the middle force 3 and heats the rubber material 5 in the cavity 4 by means of microwave heating. These heating state is kept for a specified time and the vulcanization molding is completed. |
