PURPOSE:To obtain a cylindrical wiring approximate to true roundness by a method wherein, when transformer cylindrical winding of high tension and large capacitance is going to be formed, an auxiliary duct piece is provided between duct pieces in axial direction, and the generation of the plastic deformation of bending of the strand conductor at the corner parts of the duct pieces is prevented. CONSTITUTION:The interval L between each of duct pieces 14 is reduced to the interval (l) between the duct pieces 14 and an auxiliary duct piece 24 by providing the auxiliary duct piece 24 between each of the duct pieces 14 in axial direction, and the angle to be bent toward inside diameter of a strand conductor 20 at the corner parts of the duct pieces 14 is made small. A rod type insulating material, having the square cross section with the dry shrinkage factor larger than that of the duct pieces 14, is used as the auxiliary duct piece 24, a high density pressing board is used for the duct pieces 14 in axial direction, and a low density pressing board is used for the auxiliary duct piece 24. The direction of thickness of the pressing board is brought in coincidence with the axial direction of a cylindrical coil. Through the above-mentioned procedure, a cylindrical coil is stopped from being polygonal. |
