PURPOSE:To make a high-precision model which is free from a crack and hardly possesses a dimensional error due to shrinkage, by a method wherein curing is performed so that uncured photosetting resin is left behind partly on a part to which light is applied, the light is applied to an exposed part from the surface of a liquid out of a cured matter containing the uncured resin and is in the middle of shaping and the photosetting resin remaining uncured is cured. CONSTITUTION:A height of the surface of a liquid of photosetting resin is set up so that the upper part of a cured matter 24 in the middle of shaping is exposed from the surface of the liquid and light is applied to the photosetting resin in a vessel 11. In this instance, curing is performed by changing strength or a scanning rate of light flux 14 so that uncured resin remains behind partly on the irradiating part of light. Then shrinkage stress due to cure is dispersed and absorbed by an uncured part, which is made into a primary cured matter 25 where the shrinkage stress hardly occurs. Then the residual uncured resin is cured by applying the light flux 14a, 14b to an exposed part 25a from the surface of the liquid due to a rise of a base 21 out of the primary cured matter. Even in the second curing process, the shrinkage stress hardly occurs so long as the uncured resin exists on the circumference at the time of spreading of cure. The shrinkage stress is generated in an extremely short period of time at the last stage of the cure and shrinkage stress itself becomes extremely little. |
